Q: When do new session dates open for booking?
A: For regular sessions, my calendar opens up 3–4 months at a time. For weddings and elopements, reach out as soon as possible to secure your date.

Q: How do I book?
A: Simply submit an inquiry to receive a personalized quote and access to the scheduler. Then pick your date, pay the retainer, and sign the contract to secure your spot — after that, we’ll start planning! For weddings, we’ll schedule a consultation call or chat over email about the details before I send you a proposal.
Q: What should I expect after booking my session?
A: After booking, you’ll receive an email with all the details you need to prepare. We’ll stay in touch as your session date approaches to make sure everything goes smoothly and your vision comes to life!
Q: Do you provide raw or unedited photos?
A: I only deliver fully edited, high-quality images so you get the best final product. Raw files are not provided.
Fine Print + Add Ons
Fine Print:
Contract and Retainer: A nonrefundable booking retainer ($50 session and $500 wedding & birth story) and signed contract are required for all projects. Your session is not officially booked until both the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.
Gallery Delivery: Gallery turnaround time for regular sessions is a minimum of three weeks. Gallery turnaround time for weddings and elopements are a minimum of eight weeks.
Motherhood Bundles: A signed contract and the total balance of milestone package is due at the time of booking to receive the bundled discount.
Optional Add Ons:
Additional Locations- Additional locations, within a 15 mile radius of first location, can be added on to any package for an additional $75.
Travel Fee- Travel fees apply for locations outside of the primary service area. For Utah sessions, fees apply outside a 30-mile radius of Heber City. For Idaho sessions, fees apply outside a 30-mile radius of Pocatello. Travel fees are $0.60 per mile roundtrip.
Split Day Coverage- Split day or two-day coverage will incur an additional fee of $150, which will be added to your selected wedding package.
Rush Editing- You may choose to expedite your gallery for an additional fee.
