bridals
A bridal session is designed to capture the bride in stunning images that captures all that she is in this moment of life. This session is taken one to two months prior to the wedding day. The bride can wear a selection of outfits during this session such as the rehearsal dinner dress, wedding dress, reception dress, send off attire, etc. These portraits can be used as displays at the wedding.

A first look is an intimate moment between the bride and groom where they see each other in their wedding attire before the ceremony. Following the first look, bride and groom portraits will focus on capturing fun and romantic posed and semi posed portraits of the couple together.

This flexible, hourly package is ideal for smaller celebrations where you want to focus on the most meaningful moments—whether it’s your ceremony, a handful of portraits, or quiet time together after saying “I do.” With a minimum of two hours, you can choose the exact amount of coverage you need without paying for more than necessary. This package is perfect for intimate weddings and courthouse ceremonies.

Mini Sessions are offered 2-3 times a year. They’re shorter, discounted sessions that are booked back-to-back at a set location. These are perfect for quick updates or seasonal photos without committing to a full session. Minis can be used for families (single family unit & maternity only) seniors, couples, or bridals, making them a flexible option for a variety of milestones.

The Wedding Process
Step 1: Let’s Connect
Once you submit a wedding inquiry, I’ll reach out to schedule a phone call so we can meet and chat through your vision, answer your questions, and walk through the collections to find what suits your day best. It’s a relaxed and easy conversation—no pressure, just connection.
Step 2: Make Things Official
If we’re a good fit and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you a proposal with a contract and invoice to make our partnership official. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your wedding date is secured on my calendar and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you just found your wedding photographer!
Step 3: Get Prepped
As your wedding day approaches, I’m here to help with all the details—timeline planning, answering questions, and making sure everything is on track. If you choose to add an engagement, bridal, or formal portrait session to your collection, we’ll get those scheduled a few months before the big day. We’ll also go over your shot list to ensure we capture everything that matters to you, so you can enjoy the day without a worry.
Step 4: Wedding Day!
The big day has finally arrived. It’s going to be great! I’ll get to your venue early to scout out the layout and lighting. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done, you can simply relax, be fully present and enjoy the moment while I capture every meaningful moment as it unfolds.
Step 5: Gallery Delivery
I’ll send you a handful of sneak peek photos to get you excited and relive the magic right away. Then your full gallery will be delivered 8-12 weeks later. Pro tip: Plan a date night with your new spouse to look through the photos together and relive the joy of that day all over again!
Fine Print + Add Ons
Fine Print:
Contract and Retainer: A signed contract and $500 nonrefundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. A $500 nonrefundable booking retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. A signed contract is required for all weddings—your wedding is not officially booked until the contract is signed.
Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are offered if you need to spread your investment out over time.
Gallery Delivery: Gallery turnaround time for regular sessions is a minimum of three weeks; weddings and elopements are a minimum of eight.
Wedding Consultation- Prior to booking, I like to schedule a consultation either over the phone or in person. We will discuss your needs, chat about which collection is right for you, and get to know each other.
Optional Add Ons:
Travel Fee- A travel fee applies for locations outside of a 30 mile radius of Wasatch County. Travel fees are 0.60/mile roundtrip.
Split Day Coverage- Split day or two-day coverage will incur an additional fee of $150, which will be added to your selected package.
Additional Wedding Day Hourly Coverage- Hourly coverage outside of allocated collection time will be charged at $300/hour.
