Q: What should I expect after inquiring?

A: After inquiring, I’ll send over a proposal that includes my scheduler, contract, and invoice. You’ll be able to choose the date and time that works best for your schedule. To reserve your session, a $100 non refundable retainer is required. Your retainer is applied toward your session total, and once your retainer is paid and your contract is signed, your session is officially booked on my calendar!

Q: What happens after I book my session?

A: Once you’re officially booked, the fun begins! We’ll start planning all the details of your session, from choosing the perfect location to bringing your vision to life. I’ll help with everything along the way, including styling your outfits or sending a styling guide, so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Q: What should we wear?

A: I recommend outfits that are comfortable, flowy, and easy to move in. My sessions are all about connection, we’ll be walking, playing, laughing, and capturing the moments that feel like you. Neutral, earthy tones photograph beautifully! I also provide a styling guide to help you feel confident putting everything together.

Q: Where will my session take place?

A: I have a variety of locations throughout Utah County, Salt Lake area, the Wasatch Back, and Southeast Idaho. If you have a specific location in mind, I’d love to hear it! If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help choose a location that fits your vision.

Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes, I do! I love exploring new places and am always up for an adventure. I have a travel schedule for locations outside of my regular service area, including Idaho, Wyoming, and Oregon. Reach out with your location and I’d love to see if we can make it happen!

Q: How long does it take to receive my gallery?

A: Regular sessions take three weeks for delivery, and weddings or elopements take twelve weeks. I always do my best to get everything to you as soon as I can! Rush editing is available upon request for an additional fee if you need your photos sooner.

Q: How many images will I receive?

A:  I don’t limit galleries. Whether it’s a session or a wedding, you’ll receive every good image from your day. I edit and include all meaningful moments so your story is told completely, without anything important left out.

Q: When do new session dates open for booking?

A: For regular sessions, my calendar opens up 3–4 months at a time. For weddings and elopements, reach out as soon as possible to secure your date. To get notified when new availability and seasonal mini sessions are announced, join my email list below!

Q: What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

A: Since most of my sessions take place outdoors, weather can be unpredictable! If conditions are unsafe or won’t allow us to create the best experience, we’ll work together to reschedule for another available date.

Q: What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?

A: I understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to find another available date that works. Your booking retainer is non refundable and secures your spot on my calendar, but it can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within my policy guidelines.

Q: Do you provide raw or unedited photos?

A: No. I only deliver fully edited, high-quality images so you get the best final product. Unedited or Raw files are not provided.
