I believe the best wedding photos come from days that feel calm, meaningful, and completely true to you. My role is to support what you’re envisioning and document your day as it naturally unfolds, the big moments, the quiet ones, and everything in between.

From the planning stages on, I’m here to help things feel simple and intentional. We’ll walk through timelines, priorities, and the flow of the day so you feel prepared and at ease. When you feel relaxed, you’re able to be fully present, and that’s where the most genuine moments happen.

On your wedding day, I can step back and quietly capture the emotion as it unfolds, or take the lead when direction is needed for family photos, group portraits, or key moments. You’ll always feel supported and never rushed or unsure.

In front of the camera, there’s no pressure to perform. I’ll guide you when it helps and give you space when it matters, allowing real connection, emotion, and the true feeling of your day to shine through in your photos.

Elopements + Micro Weddings

For couples who want to celebrate with all your people! A full day of joy, family, friends, and unforgettable memories.

If your celebration includes 50+ guests and a day full of meaningful moments, this option offers comprehensive coverage tailored to your unique timeline and desires, from the excitement of getting ready through the reception and send-off.

Let’s make sure we connect and the vibes match! Book a consultation call, or if you prefer, we can chat via text or email, whatever works best for you!

This is where we’ll discuss your vision, ask any questions, and get guidance on which coverage option will work best for your day before booking.

If we’re a good fit and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send you a personalized proposal with a contract and invoice to make it official. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your wedding date is secured on my calendar, and you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you’ve found your wedding photographer!

2. Make things official

If you choose to add an engagement or bridal session to your package, it’s a great chance for us to meet in person and have some fun together before the big day. We’ll plan your session(s) and find the perfect time to make it happen before the wedding.

As your wedding day gets closer, I’ll send you a planning questionnaire, and together we’ll create a timeline and build a personalized shot list to make sure every important moment is captured. Finally, we’ll do a last check-in to review all the details and ensure everything is set for your day.

3. Planning & Timeline Assistance

The big day has finally arrived, and it’s going to be great! I’ll arrive early to scout the venue, check lighting, and prepare for the day ahead. Thanks to all the planning and prep we’ve done together, you can relax, be fully present, and enjoy every moment while I capture the meaningful memories as they unfold.

4. Wedding day

You’ll get a handful of sneak peeks within 7 days to get you excited and help you relive the magic right away. Your full gallery will be delivered within 10-12 weeks.

Pro tip: Plan a date night with your babe to enjoy the photos together and relive the joy of your special day all over again!

5. sneak peaks & gallery delivery

booking & payment details

Contract and Retainer: A signed contract and $500 nonrefundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. 

Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are offered if you need to spread your investment out over time! Just ask for details during our consultation chat!

Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee applies to all card payments.

Travel and Lodging Fees: Travel fees apply for locations outside the primary service areas. For Utah weddings, fees apply outside a 30-mile radius of Heber City. For Idaho weddings, fees apply outside a 30-mile radius of Pocatello. Travel fees are charged at $0.60 per mile roundtrip. Overnight lodging fees will be added when required.

Split Day or Two Day Coverage: Split day or two-day coverage will incur an additional fee of $175, which will be added to your selected package.

Gallery Delivery: Gallery turnaround time for weddings and elopements are a minimum of twelve weeks. Engagement and bridal sessions are a minimum of three weeks.

Additional Wedding Day Hourly Coverage- Hourly coverage outside of allocated collection time will be charged at $300/hour.
